At Babakud, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional after-sale service to all our customers. If you're not satisfied with the items you received or if there's a quality issue with the products, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if there are any issues with your order.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact Us: Please email us at service@babakud.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. If there’s a quality-related issue, wrong size, or any other concern, kindly include photos of the item(s). We will respond within 24 hours on business days with the return address.
    2. Prepare Your Return: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact.
    3. Ship Your Return: Drop off the package at your local post office. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related expenses.
    4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions. Please allow up to a week for the refund to be processed.

Return Conditions:

  1. Return Period: Items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Condition of Items: Returned items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  3. Pre-Approval Required: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchange Policy:

Need a different size, color, or pattern? Enjoy a hassle-free exchange, provided the item is in stock.

  1. Exchange Period: You can request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. Condition of Items: To qualify for an exchange, the items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.

  3. Stock Confirmation: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to confirm that the exchange item is in stock. Exchanges sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and provide us with the tracking number and receipt from your local logistics provider. Once we receive this information, we will send out the exchange item at no additional cost to you.

Return Postage:

  • Buyer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
  • Shipping Method: You can return your item using any local postal service. Please notify us once you've shipped the item.

Return & Exchange Address:

  • Contact Us First: Please contact our customer service team with your order details to obtain the correct return address. This ensures your return or exchange is processed smoothly.
